The hotel is old but nice. Bathrooms are cold as there is not too much heating but the room is good temperature. However it seems that floors barely get washed, spilled some water and when wiped it the towel was black. Otherwise the room was clean. Staff was great, very nice and the restaurant was pretty good. All together nice property and great location.

The service was excellent. We were there for a full week and had some special needs during the trip, and many members of the staff were helpful, including Binedi, Maria, Ruben, and Mercedes. Happy hour was also a nice addition. We have stayed at a number of hotels nearby, but now only stay at the Belleclaire.

VIP service was not provided until I mentioned it. It was noisy next door caused by any maintenance in the room. No coffee in room. It was very hard to adjust hot water at shower room. No smile at check in.

The hotel is lovely. The staff is wonderful. My room was upgraded, a delightful surprise as guest of the day! The room was on an upper floor with nice views. The room is circular which was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. Many thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. An outstanding stay!!!

This was a beautiful stay. Great vibes. Really clean and wonderful staff. The streaming service in the hotel room was fantastic! I didn’t have to worry about logging in and out of my Hulu account.

It’s a lovely hotel, spacious rooms, large comfy bed. There is a very lively bar on the ground floor, the patrons and noise from that bar can dominate the lobby area of the hotel. There is not really anywhere to sit and relax if your waiting or even trying to chat to reception workers, you can hardly hear what is being said due to music and noise from the bar.

I loved how convenient the location was. I can’t believe I spent $2000 just for two nights on this place. The hotel is very outdated and their rooms were atrocious with no amenities. The photos that are presented upon booking are completely false of what you get in the room while the management staff Was very pleasant to deal with. I found myself complaining both days. The first day was because of how discussing the room was that we checked into and how outdated it was. They moved us to something a little bit nicer the second day for three hours straight we heard Banging on pipes from the engineering staff. My sister was sick in the room and could not rest I would like to get at least half of my money back.

Walls and doors are extremely thin. We heard full conversations from our neighbors, sexual activity, as well snoring. Double queen room was large for New York- but quality of acoustics was so awful.

Rooms had no space to put clothes. No refrigerator, tiny room. Loud obnoxious music blaring from reception area on 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Inebriated guest in elevator with us became hostile. Will never stay there again.
