I expect a lot more for a hotel that’s $300 a night. The beds were quite uncomfortable, both not soft, and sinking, woke frequently on it in the night. The room was spacious for New York but bare bones. The shower was a bathtub with high walls and a loud creaking sound when you stood on it, sink had old school style hot and cold knobs with one side installed backwards so you’d always get confused about how to adjust the temperature of the water. Staff could have helped a lot more at check in and should have stated plainly that the only way to drive up with a car to check in would be to temporarily stand with four ways on in a bus only lane, and that the bellman can only come out to help with bags if you’re parked there. The hotel was in a convenient location and we only stayed there to sleep, spending the rest of our time elsewhere, so we got the bare minimum with not much in the way of comforts. I wouldn’t book another stay here.

L’eau de la douche était soit froide ou très chaude, pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain, la chambre semblait plus grande en photo puis la terrasse de l’immeuble qui était une des raisons pourquoi nous avions choisie cette hôtel, était fermée pour un temps méconnu ce qui aurait été plaisant à savoir comme nous voulions prendre des photos souvenir à cette endroit qui nous a charmé en photo….
