Overall pretty good. Excellent service from staff. If I had to be picky the appliances could use some upgrade or renewals -- I needed to clean the backside of hair dryer before I used it. And you can probably find stains on every clean towel which is a bit gross.

We stayed at Home 32 32 for five days and we absolutely loved it. We were within walking distance to several items off of our list and the staff made great food recommendations of restaurants nearby. The housekeeping was amazing making sure we had everything we needed on a daily basis. I left something in the room and after proper communication, Mr. Maynard was so kind to mail me my item. The room was perfect for us!

This is so close to being quite a gem of a little hotel right in the middle of Midtown. Unfortunately, it is held back by some attention to detail things and maintenance issues. I would still come back, but improvements could be made. I had great experiences with all of the staff. Check in and check out were quick. Bed was good. Everything seemed quite clean. However, there were a number of small issues that impacted my experience. When I checked in, I found that three of the lights weren’t working. When I reported it, the staff were very quick to replace the bulbs, but it is very odd to me that they would even check me in without having noticed that themselves. There were also some maintenance issues, such as the electrical outlet in the bathroom not having any power, the bathroom sink faucet being loose, the hook on the bathroom door was falling out, & the faucet on the kitchenette sink was also a little bit wonky. None of these things are serious, but put together it’s not great. I love having a kitchenette, but it’s not very useful if it’s not well equipped. They were plenty of pots and pans, but no bowls, no spatula, and no sponge or dish soap to wash the dishes. Everything was clean, but the walls were scuffed and dirty looking, which makes the place appear dingy. To sum up, with just a little more effort this place truly could be something special. A fresh coat of paint, checking for those little maintenance things, and attention to detail would do wonders.

We had stayed for 3 nights. Not good value for money. Hotels pictures are very misleading . Neither of our bathrooms was as per nice pictures featured on the website. Both safes were missing battery cover- which made safes risky to use - had to tape batteries in. When we came back on the evening from our sightseeing , the door was left opened about 6" by housekeeping service( we assume). Nothing got lost , but made us to worry. Concierge will not call a taxi unless you want to go to the airport. Bottled water was not replenished after 1 at day. Only one bed was fixed on second day of our stay. But worse of all - one of 2 bathrooms was extremely filthy . We had to put a towel on shower's floor to be able to use it due to a black mold between tiles.

Holiday weekend in NY at 32/32
After booking our stay I was nervous when I checked other reviews. They were uniformly bad. Our experience was very good. The hotel is in a great central location and has certainly seen a lot of use. There are some run down elements, but they did not detract from our experience. All requests were handled well and the front desk was very accommodating.

I stay in NYC quite a bit. This was by far the worst hotel ever for the money. Yes, it was the holiday season but this is like a $120 hotel not a $600 hotel! Wasn't even greated at what was a so called front desk. Oh I take that back...it was like a "grunt". Room appeared dirty. Stuff on the walls....not sure what kind of stuff. Bathroom ceiling in shower appeared to be caving in. Appeared to be some mold in there as well. Just felt dirty. I reached out through my booking to ask for a partial credit and the hotel never responded. I will still pursue. Just do yourslef a favor and choose another hotel. There are plenty other good ones.
