From the first interaction, the staff were wonderful, very engaging, friendly, and helpful. We arrived early, so we left our luggage and went out to explore. The hotel is walking distance to many tourist attractions. Our room was very well equipped with everything you need.

Very good overall. When we arrived late at night, the reception we got by the person at the front desk was a bit cold, but afterwards all the people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room with kitchenette is ok, not luxurious, but good. Bed is good. The bathroom has been redone and is very clean. Very central area, good location as a starting point to explore the whole city. Very good choice.

Don’t get scared by the google reviews. Excellent location. AC working, shower had great pressure. Fast response and service from the front desk. The north tower doesn’t have a great view but it’s a very New York City experience. Overall loved it! Would come again

Very pretty and decorated well. Staff is very pleasant. I’ll be nice and won’t mention the bathroom. The room looked ok from far but was disgustingly dirty, bed sheets were clean and well made.
