Roland, it's disappointing to read about your less than satisfactory experience. Cleanliness is a top priority and we're truly sorry if you found it wanting. We regret any inconveniences with your room conditions and breakfast offerings. Additionally, our fitness area is important to us, and we're sorry if it didn't meet your expectations.
