Great location
The hotel was very nice. The room we had was on the 16th floor. It was clean. No road noise. The room was small compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The breakfast offered was great. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. So the location was convenient for us.

Tv remote did not work, bathroom sink was broken/leaking the entire stay, A/C did not work, the floor we stayed on smelled of rotting milk. Definitely not worth $190 a night.

Everything was great except for the fact that one of the elevators didn't work in a Sunday morning during breakfast. Hopefully, it's fixed as soon as possible.

Clean and efficient - no frills.
Efficient and clean location, nice breakfast in the morning. Best part about this hotel is the location. Near the Pier 11 ferry and the Staten Island ferry for water transportation. Ferry to Dumbo to go to Brooklyn to then walk the Brooklyn Bridge back was nice. Only drawback small rooms (but that is the norm).

They gave our reservation to someone else. We had to change rooms the next day and still couldn’t get it right. Looking for our bags and room. Finally got our rooms on 2nd night. Next morning the manager made it right and took care of us. Everyone was polite and trying to fix the problem. Made up with politeness and concerned about us. Rooms were good. Manager and night shift girl were very nice, only reason we would go back to that hotel.

had booked and paid for 2 rooms. could not check in, rooms NOT available until 5 pm because guests did not check out at 11:00 am. hotel staff could not find guests to check them out. then I was downgraded from King room to single for available rooms. wasted afternoon by sitting in lobby waiting for rooms and downgrades to boot. NO compensation!!!

The room was hot when I entered. No air conditioning on during one of the hottest day of the summer. I guess that helps with ecological impact, but was. Little uncomfortable for a couple of hours
