Pictures are deceiving
The pictures never match reality. Pros: room location was quiet. Cons: everything was dirty. -yellow smelly towels -bed spread tattered -bathroom small and not clean -hotel spaces not clean -elevator was not functioning, had to take stairs several times -room cleaning every other day, not sure how this is possible, our towels were changed nothing else -no toiletries We expected a small space being in NYC and all. For the price, we did not expect to be staying in a dirty motel. Won’t stay here again. For the cost you can get better.

Air condition smart controller was hard to use, keep changing to its original setting, getting cold in the middle of the night, and we have to keep changing it to stay warm. Staff were nice and friendly. Not very quite place, but convenient location.

I booked my hotel from North Carolina for the evening of the 29th. Showed up at the hotel at 3 AM to check in and was told that my room was given away because I was not there on time. When I booked the room, I did not see anywhere where there was a required check in time only that there was a required after check in time, I’d like my money back since you clearly gave my room away

Had some minor issues that were addressed and corrected by very friendly and considerate staff. Kelvin in Bell Services and Kimberly at the front desk stood out for their friendliness and helpfulness.

The hotel is located close enough to times square and broadway to walk to, but far enough to not be overwhelmed with crowds. That said, the front desk was always packed and extremely slow. That was coupled with an elevator that was ALWAYS packed. Anytime you took the elevator, you had to plan for about 10 minutes to just get from the lobby to your room (or vice versa). This isn't helped by the staff and maids using the same elevators as the guests (taking the stairs is not possible -my room was on the 27th floor). The frustration of the elevator situation was trouble for all guests and was a continued talking point. This was exacerbated by the maids and staff using the elevators even when lots of guests were trying to.
