Nice hotel, quiet and comfortable beds. Staff friendly. Good location for theater visits and walking. A little further from subway than expected. Room small but comfortable, could use more lighting especially around the closet area. Several elevators but still had to wait several minutes during peak times.

This is the second time that we stay there. It’s literally 8 min walking distance from Times Square, there’s a parking in front of the hotel and there’s thousands of shops around the area. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful, the rooms are spot clean and have everything you might need. I had another great experience 👍

If you need a decent place to sleep while visiting NYC, this is a great option. We took the stairs down during peak elevator hours, which could be an issue for some people

We ran into some issues with our room, which can happen. Ac broke down in the middle of summer with extreme heat. The customer service was horrible. There was no empathy or an apology or an effort to accommodate. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. She was very dry with no emotions and short answers. We had to spend the night in a room that was 85 degrees with the fans they provided us. The next day, she changed our room and then gave us breakfast vouchers but this really put unnecessary stress during our vacation. Also, the elevator took a very long time during rush hour.

Everything was adequate. I did not get maid service during my stay and the elevators are problematic. Too many guests and way too few elevators. I had to wait 10 minutes to get on an elevator during non peak time. My room was clean and comfortable.

When I checked in for my stay (at 3:05 pm), I was told that my room was not ready because housekeeping had not yet cleaned it. I was told to wait and would be notified when the room was ready. After waiting for one hour with no word about my room, I returned to the front desk and was then told my room was ready. It was their responsibility to let me know and not for me to have to ask. Also, the elevator situation is not acceptable. Waiting time for an elevator was long. In fact, after waiting on my floor 20 minutes for the elevator, I finally walked down the stairs from my room on the 14th floor.
