We had an amazing stay. Centrally located so walkingcwas not to bad. Very clean, bed was comfortable. Small room with no view. But for the price was worth it. Had everything we needed. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, blow dryer.

We went there to celebrate Christmas in New York. The place is at a prime location, with 10-15 min walking distance to every Christmas attractions like Macys, Heralds Square, Bryant Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Center. The staffs were very helpful. The room was nice and clean.

I’m not sure how this hotel received so many five star reviews. The street and area around the hotel are kind of sketchy. Our room was tiny and the heat was set to 77 when we got there. Despite messing with the thermostat it never really felt like it cooled down. I suppose it was better than the 15 degrees outside. The mattress was lumpy and the pillows were as flat as anything I’ve ever seen. The room seemed to have been updated relatively recently, and was clean but the shower gel hadn’t been filled. They did bring us a handful of small shower gels pretty quickly when I called. The restaurant on-site was ok, but they had a lady working by herself serving and “bartending” who was four days new so she didn’t know where things were food and drink-wise and her English wasn’t the best so she didn’t understand us and it was a challenge to understand her. Also the heat in the restaurant/bar was nonexistent so sitting there wasn’t enjoyable.

The hotel room was clean but our heating was not working and the window had a gap which let in the cold air. As we visited in December so the stay was very unpleasant due to the heat not working.
