We stayed 2 nights. Close to MSG walkable to see comedian Sabastion and then experienced Some areas in NYC. Marie the receptionist in lobby was extremely professional and alway helpful. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. The only disappointment was that we didn’t get a refill of coffee packets for our kerig for the next morning. My husband had to go to lobby to get coffee. Kudos to Marie for even helping me with the wifi that I couldn’t get to work.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We did have to ask for conditioner to be restocked in the bathroom, but that's not a biggie at all. They checked on us immediately in person and via text so we solved that problem quickly. We stayed here because of the value and proximity to the train station/times square. However, we had some issues with groups outside the hotel. I know there's not much to be done, but making sure everyone is very aware of their surroundings. Most are harmless, but we were approached often for money. we were offered drugs as well. On sunday afternoon, there was quite an altercation on the corner between 3 men and 1 woman. We know to be cautious and continue moving, but for those not familiar, it could be un nerving.
