It was a very nice stay, great customer service! The only small issue was that the shower was taking more than ten minutes to warm up the water. Other than that, everything was great from the front desk to the great locations nearby with many diners and shopping’s options.

The staff was VERY friendly. The restaurant was food was ok. Not many vegan options. The location was great. We walked to time square in minutes. Joes New York pizza spot around the corner was fantastic. 15 minute walk to Gershwin.

The hotel is ideally located, close to subway stations, attractions, etc. The front desk staff is amazingly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The free Starbucks coffee was a wonderful perk. The room was small and the position of the king-sized bed did not allow for easy movement around the room. I bumped my shin on the corner of the bed every single time! The on/off switches for the bedside lamps were difficult to see, and the switch for the desk lamp was almost impossible. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, which was very frustrating after each shower.

Service, staff, restaurant were great. Telephone was broken and water faucets in room both only had hot water flowing from them. Over time staff fixed problem and compensated us appropriately. I am satisfied and would stay here again.

Just stayed in this Hilton for two nights (Oct 17 & 18) and would not recommend it for the cost of the rooms. This room cost me almost 1K a night (Canadian) and our room was very dated with a very lumpy worn out bed, crack in our bathroom sink, no area to sit other than on the bed (big open spaces where there use to probably be a little table and chair or at least a chair), no luggage racks so you have to put your bags on the floor, no free water or anything. They charge you $30 US plus fees and taxes for nothing but the internet, although it is listed a free on their site. The towels we had were stained and warned out. However the things we didn't like the most was there was no valet or door person to help with any doors or luggage and the the front desk is on the 2nd floor. They have no on site parking or valet and the parking available is very hard to get too during the day as you can't make right hand turns between 7am and 7pm. The parking garage also closes their elevators on weekend so you have lug your luggage all the way down a very narrow dangerous ramp to get your car. Our room was by the elevator and very noisy the entire night of staff pushing carts and vacuuming as well as people coming off the elevator and taking right outside our door. The front desk staff was very rude to us and almost throw our key at us and gave us no instructions. Very rude! I would not stay in the hotel again. there are much nicer hotels for cost of this one.
