My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, there’s a subway station right next to the hotel, which is incredibly convenient for getting around New York City.

Stayed a weekend here for our 1 Year anniversary and we loved it. The view was absolutely stunning, the room was great, the bed was ok-not really comfortable but did the job. The staff are amazing and the location is great.

The room looked a little worn: ripped wallpaper, furniture with scratches and holes, old rug, etc. The bathroom and shower were clean. OK for an overnight due to affordability. I would not stay here again, however.

Took almost an hour for shower water to get warm. The elevators ALL shut down after we came down stairs to pick up a door dash order.. then had to walk up 23 flights of stairs… gave me the workout I needed but did not want…. AND… check your hotel walls my husband found a Camera in something attached to the wall FACING the bed…. I covered it up with a thick piece of paper… Always!! Be aware of your surroundings!!!!!
