I liked my stay. The only negatives where there was not a smart tv in the room which most hotels have these days and the water pressure in the shower was very low.

The hotel location was nice. The water in the shower was not going away, or very slow, so we had to stay and wash ourselves in the dirty water which was not going away. Felt so disgusting. The other issue was the construction around the hotel which made some noise that was actually annoying. The rest was ok.

Pretty nice hotel overall, but not going to lie.... the room service is what took the cake and made this stay a 4 out of 5. The garlic noodles are out of this world and we ended up ordering them three times on our 5 day stay. Sounds wild, but the noodles are that good.

Hotel is near 9/11 memorial museum and Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island Tour Ferry. Waterfront is amazing. Near Wall Street.

Staff was great service. Bar and Grille advertised was an order ONLY no buffet breakfast like it shows in pictures. Construction totally BLOCKED front entrance so literally had to park on the street to unload our vehicle. Rooms were mostly clean but the carpeting in the hallways as lots of stains on them. For 4300$ 6 days would have expected a bit better environment and cleaner front of street area! AGAIN, staff was GREAT.

Almost perfect!
Reception staff were all exceptional. Hotel was excellent other than shower flooding the bathroom floor, request for more than 2 tea pods not met & powdered “creamer” is just wrong. Tea & coffee provided in the foyer in the mornings. Great location.
