I did not stay at this property, although, I had a reservation. I messaged them a few weeks beforehand about my upcoming stay, specified the date, and informed them of a late arrival. They said they would be ok with a late arrival but did not think to check or notify me that the date I specified was not what was reflected on my reservation. I thought I was booked a week later than my reservation was. Hotel would not provide a refund when I missed my stay. Was this an error on my part when booking, yes, however, the front desk should have noticed my arrival date was wrong in my message and notified me. Poor customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was a lovely hotel. The staff were amazing- very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect position and is very close to many different parts on Manhattan and also close to a subway. Thanks again Heritage Hotel.

The Hotel was in a great location near shopping, dining and the subway. The Hotel itself was also good. Very quiet, the staff was very friendly. We had the two-twin room, and it was quite spacious. The bonus was the mini refrigerator.

I was not told that I was expected to request housekeeping services. Luckily I saw the cleaner in the morning, and she said there was no request for housekeeping. When I went to front desk, they were reticent to have the cleaner in to make my bed. $1300 for 2 nights and they had no plan to make my bed? Also the bathroom was tiny and there was a step-up curb into the toilet. Beds were clean, but rest was very dingy.
