Asked a late checkout (1 hour) in advance and was told no, that I would have to ask the morning of, or pay $75 in advance. Ridiculous policy for something that was inevitably allowed. I asked at 1am and they said to ring in the morning. Lol

This hotel is such a gem! Tucked away on a residential street in Greenpoint, only a short walk from some walkable and shoppable thoroughfares in GP and Williamsburg. The studio I booked was beeeeautiful! So well appointed, stylish, luxurious even. The staff were warm and helpful and the property itself is in perfect condition. I’ll be back!

Fantastic Choice
We visited Brooklyn for a family wedding with no knowledge of the area. The Henry Norman Hotel turned out to be a serendipitous choice. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with large, clean and comfortable rooms. All amenities were provided. The size of the bathrooms in an NYC hotel was remarkable. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in every request. Martin, at the front desk was especially helpful. Thank you! Excellent restaurants, bakeries and shops of all kinds within walking distance. Easy 20 minute ride into Manhattan. If you need/want to be in the Greenpoint area, you will not be disappointed by the HNH.

A very comfortable experience in a quiet part of Greenpoint. Only a few block walk to cafés, restaurants and the G line. Extremely comfortable bed in a nicely appointed room.

This hotel is sooooooo nice. The design of the room is so cute. The ceilings were high making the room even more spacious. Beautiful for photos and such. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Will definitely be back.
