The Hard Rock Hotel is a great new hotel in NYC. It is beautifully decorated. There are lots of interesting memorabilia from lots of stars. We loved how close it was to the Hop On Hop OFF and seem to be a great location close to all the places we were going to.

They are tuned in to the customer experience.

This hotel was amazing from the cleanliness to the location to how helpful the staff were. Our room was serviced to an incredible standard daily and the staff were so helpful with queries - they even reserved a taxi for us to get back to the airport. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough.

Hardrock Hotel security was extremely kind and serviceable. They made the experience a lot better than it was. A front desk person was very condescending and had a lot of attitude. The front desk person on the phone was n to knowledge—also a lot of hidden fees.
