The location was perfect. We were able to walk to many of the things we wanted to see and there was easy access to public transportation for those that were further away. Hotel was updated, clean, and the room was surprisingly quiet.
had a good stay. air conditioning worked good. only issue is the elevator. you have to scan in to get to your floor, everyone waiting around not able to figure it out. waiting for 15 minutes trying to get in the elevator. everything else was really good. just a minor issue. breakfast was good too.

Only concern was the hotel room size was not big . Whoever books, check the area and rest all was so good. You can have a lock door instead of sliding door for restrooms!
Perfect location 2 min walk from Time Square and several subways within 5 minutes, making the whole area easily accessible. Breakfast included (which was not great but definitely sets you up well for the day).
They have like six elevators. But many times there were upwards of twenty people all waiting on the same one. The elevator situation is terrible. Don’t let them put you above the fourth floor (or however many flights of stairs you can climb)
We paid for a room with Water view and there was no water view. I asked the staff at reception and the told me that if I put my head on the window, tilt I will be able to see a sliver of water in the far end of the horizon!
The breakfast service that was included was terrible!! Limited options, bad quality and the space was not sufficient to cover the people.
The rooms were extremely small at the volume that you went to change cloy, you could barely stand and you would hit your arms to the walls.
No closet available; no water bottles provided and it was almost 600CAD per night!!

When we checked in the gal at the front desk told me our payment had been declined. I showed her my receipt and the manager said it was on their end. The rooms are extremely small, the a/c didn’t go below 70 degrees, the ice machine didn’t work on our floor, the breakfast area is too small for the amount of guests, parking is off property at $85.00 per night, slowest elevator system and the halls are not air conditioned! I will never stay at this particular Hampton Inn again!

There are lesser number of elevators in proportion to the number of floors and rooms per floor. This is result in waiting for upto 30 minutes for elevators. Its worst from 6:00am till 11:00 as folks are heading for breakfast and check out.
The AC in the room was extremely noisy, it sounded like a plane and was very inconvenient.
Last is likely a human error, the room service cleaned up the room, but missed to replenish the towels, when returned late night found no towels in bath.

The bathrooms smell very bad. No air circulation. Rooms very small as well. You get what you pay for. This was a last minute stay due to a flight cancellation. The staff was great.
