Staff is fantastic, they are doing miracles over there. The property lacks in maintenance. Only two elevators for over 30 floors of guests and staff/service. Mornings and evenings big time nightmare to wait for elevators. Staff tried to manage in a best way possible all the problems with elevators that were not working properly. We had to call to front desk to ask for elevators while not working. Rooms are small, shower liking, beds are bad!!! You are there to relax and suddenly your thoughts are about if something happens how can I get out of here?! I won’t recommend staying here while Hilton doesn’t do what they need to keep this hotel in a standard service that we expect when booking with them.

This is one of the worst hotel experience I ever had in my entire life, again being with Hilton group of companies. I stayed in many Hilton hotels, but this one is the worst. My room is not that cleaned, a dead dirty landline was provided(it's not working till the time of check out though I have complained many times at the reception). No tissue paper provided till my check out, No shower gel was provided till my check out(being complained many times). Basically I was on 18th floor and my connecting landline was not working and so I need to run to reception every time I need anything which they dont provide at the end. Breakfast - it was not that great, but ok type. But for the first time I got the breakfast served in a paper plate which is not expected from Hilton group of companies at least. Staff behaviour - they dont bother to your request, just say "yes" when you ask something, later they forget.

The staff was great. The breakfast was good. The rooms and inside the hallways needed updated. The bed was terrible the pillows were bad . For the amount we paid we would have liked to have a bed you didnt have to feel the springs in. Come on surely they could have replaced the mattresses. It is what they make the money on.

Just avoid this property! There are only 2 elevators for 32 floors with no service elevator, so essentially that is one elevator for the whole hotel of 32 foors x5 rooms/floor x4 heads per bed is one elevator for 640 people. The wait is unacceptably long, there is not enough room in the dining room for the number of guests at the hotel. And you have to step over, around, past drunk and stoned people to avoid those that are shooting up in the door ways.
