They gave us an excellent service in all areas from the boy with the Suitcases, the cleaning of the room everything perfect, the breakfast very good and the excellent service. On the counter all the occasions I went there was no at any time in one they provided me with an emergency key and in the other I had to need a late check out and the girl quickly asked me what time I needed and the supervisor listened to him and quickly followed up on everything I congratulate you all for it is one of the few places I have visited that offers an excellent service with a pleasure to serve. The excellent experience.

By far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! There is absolutely no reason why this property should even have a 3 star rating online. This property doesn’t even deserve half a star. The staff was extremely friendly but other than that this place is gross. I’ve stayed at hotels that I thought were bad but this one takes the cake for worst. Everything in this hotel is outdated and needs an immediate renovation. The room stinks and you can tell there is mold on the carpets. There’s stains on the walls and headboards of the beds. The carpet and other furniture has stains all over them. Night stand and tv stand were very dirty and scratched and just old. The wall socket in the night stand was loose and couldn’t even charge our phones. There is no room to even put luggage if you have more than 2 carry ons good luck finding space to store them for your trip. Overall terrible experience and this property has scarred me from ever getting a Hilton hotel again. Stay away from this property and the corporation has to do a thorough walkthrough of this property and reconsider having them as a franchisee.
