Great Gramercy pad
My partner and I stayed for two weeks - fantastic apartment; well appointed with everything you need (washer/dryer!!). Close to subway and bus. Be prepared for the stairs with your suitcases (4 sets of stairs). Host was great, would highly recommend.

Great location in Gramercy Park. Walking distance to many attractions. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning. Best of all the apartment is at the back of the building so there was very little noise in the bedroom. We slept very well in the comfortable bed. Our host was extremely helpful and the check in process was easy. Everything you need is provided for in the apartment. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and you need to climb 4 flights of stairs.This may be a concern if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, the rooftop space is a bonus. Overall, the apartment is highly recommended and felt like a suite in a 5 star hotel..

Fantastic place, location and host
2 of us stayed here from Australia. There was very little we could complain about staying here, in fact, we would very highly recommend it. Place is very well kept and host Gregory was amazing at making sure we were satisfied throughout our stay and was always very willing to help with any questions we had in a very prompt manner. Location is perfect for NYC, very convenient and close to transport. We were very thankful we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. We highly recommend a stay here for 2 people. Thanks to Gregory once again!
