I've stayed at this hotel twice in the last 2 years and have been very pleased both times. It is very close to several subway lines and walking distance to Port Authority and Penn Station. It is very quiet at night and the streets are pretty empty once the flower shops close.

The PH was small but definitely cozy. They keep their residents in mind bc for Fourth of July they did a free cookout! I will say the walls are not that sound proof and the free breakfast was okay. Hotel breakfast is never perfect but it definitely had more options than others. If you like big rooms this is not the place for you. This hotel serves its purpose perfectly! Nice place to stay and VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION!

Tried calling Expedia but never got through after long wait. Did call Marriott twice and they were lovely. Wanted to cancel due to several workers getting Covid and never connected with Expedia. Did not make it into New York so no review. But I’ve stayed at multiple Marriott’s in the city and have no complaints ever about them.
