Great communication and treatment from staff. Had issues with the room door but these were fixed promptly by on site engineers. Facilities were great and price was very fair considering the location and quality. Only downside was two elevators for the whole building - there's 44 floors and often we had to wait a while for the elevator. But overall a great experience and considering staying again next time I'm in NY.

We were sick with covid and we spend almost 4 hours on the phone to try to cancel our booking and get a refund but the hotel refused to even talk to us Such an unfriendly staff that they don't even respond. We just decided not to travel so that we don't spread it but they are someone I am never booking back again and will never recommend to anyone as they are not accommodating at all.

Well placed hotel close to most facilities. The rooms were quite good, a bit on the small side if you are an international traveller with luggage. The lifts were terrible, slow to react to a request for service. I think drinking water should be supplied free of charge.

The location was great. The rooms and faciliites were average. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that they'll hold your luggage after check out. This was great since check out was at 11 am and our flight was at 8:30 pm. The only thing that frustrated me was the long wait time for the elevator.
