    Location was okay. Price seemed fine. Room assigned was close to the construction site. Request to change room was ignored. Manager did agree to refund charges for 2nd night to my credit card but have not received the credit.

    Stayed here for short visit to NY to visit family. Room was a lilttle dingy and dark. Few dirt marks on the sheets. I choose to go to kings plaza mall just a short 10min walk down the street get my own sheets.

    There’s no parking. Room was dirty. There was a plunger outside the door. Police were called to the property. Hotel staff wasn’t very helpful or friendly. Shower curtains were dirty. Property had a bad odour. Room was dated and needs a deep clean and steam clean.

    This was my 5th stay here and i will go back because the location is super convenient for access to busses, trains, taxi. I gave 4 star because this time around the towels had a odd smell. Some type of chemical smell, hard to describe.
