Location was great, of course. Room needs major remodel. Shabby furniture, no fridge, most of tub had chipped porcelain.long black hairs in bathroom View was nothing. Would not recommend!

The Crowne is a good hotel and had everything we needed. The location was good for us as the places we wanted to visit were either a walkable distance, or a short train ride away. Staff were friendly. We were concerned about reviews we’d seen about the breakfast, but we had no issues. What they offered was good enough for what we needed, but if we wanted something else there are places nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Terrible experience ever.
Terrible services. The hotel doesn’t have a credit card machine that you can simply tap your card or your phone. I couldn’t proceed to check in because they couldn’t accept my digital card. We’re in 2024 and still some places don’t update new technology. They made me wait for around 4 hours to have an answer if I could pay the “incidental deposit” that is $75 in cash. The answer was positive, I could pay in cash, but $200. Hello? Excuse me? That’s almost double price of the room I paid. That’s so abusive. And I still had to deal with the receptionist laughing when I was explaining the situation. Very disrespectful and annoying. I will never book a room at this hotel anymore, ever.

Very conveniently located! The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The was an empry water bottle on the floor when we arrived. The carpet was a little dirty, I had white socks on and they were very dirty when I took them off. We had a roll away bed next to the AC vent. It was filthy, we can to clean it ourselves as we noticed it at night when we getting ready for bed. Besides the cleanliness I like the hotel!!!
