The property was nothing as advertised. Parking is terrible, charge $50-60 each time you move the car outside of the parking lot. The rooms are extra small. Bed are tiny and not comfortable. Bathroom was dirty, you have to head to the cellar to get ice and it felt so unsafe. Would not recommend.

Great area located a few minutes from Fulton train station and Wall Street/ pier 11. Tradiats pizza is around the corner as well as food great food choices. Stores like 7/11 is close by. Overall good, safe area. The hotel is very clean and the staff was lovely.

We enjoyed our stay. Pros: close to wall st, seaport. Secure luggage stowaway area to place luggage before check in. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Issue with our safe which was corrected immediately. Cons: room was small. Our room was right next to the elevator so we heard the coming and going of people.
