Great location, comfortable though a bit run down. It’s a large space with full kitchen. Plumbing kept blocking up. Can be noisy in bedrooms as they are on 8th Ave

Lots of space to relax
This is a 4th floor walk-up in an old building. The floors are not level and the plumbing can be a little quirky, but that's New York! We stayed for four nights and found the beds to be comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the TV and internet easy to use. The apartment looked like the photos except the cute rug was gone and the coffee table is being used to hold the TV. The photos of the bedrooms and kitchen were spot on. The host was proactive and quick to respond. They checked to make sure we had gotten in and didn't need anything. The location was very close to Penn Station, so you could get in/out from any major airport quickly. We would book this place again!

Perfect location for NYC long weekend!
Apartment was in perfect location and short walk to subway. Check in process was smooth. Apartment was a little scruffy but made up for it with clean and very comfortable beds! Communication with property manager was perfect.

Séjours à New York
L'appartement est au centre de Manhattan et proche des métros ce qui facilite les visites. Plusieurs quartiers sont accessible à Pieds (Timesquare, Bryant park, Empire state building, etc). Il est sur une grande avenue donc pas calme (cela n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce). Il est pratique et bien équipé. La propriétaire est très agréable et toujours à disposition pour répondre à des questions.
