Best hotel stay ever
Likely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From check in being incredibly easy with self service kiosks, friendly front desk personnel, and the best - a juliet balcony looking over the most amazing view of the 9/11 memorial and the new One World Trade Center.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Their attentiveness and friendliness really stood out. However, I was a bit disappointed that the 20th floor was not available to guests due to ongoing renovations. I was looking forward to experiencing the amenities and views from that floor, but I understand that improvements take time. I'm sure it will be amazing once completed! One suggestion for the hotel would be to consider adding a restaurant or offering breakfast on-site. It would greatly enhance the guest experience and provide more convenience, especially for those of us who prefer to start the day without venturing out for a meal. Despite these points, my stay was pleasant, and I look forward to returning in the future to see the finished renovations. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and overall comfort.

Not a great check in experience. Nobody else there but told to use automated check in. It didn’t work so they ended up having to manually check me in anyway. Booked a view and it didn’t disappoint! See photo. Room was dark and AC worked well. Walls are thin and corridors smell. Bathroom was dated and enamel coming off bath. Microwave in room but no plates or cutlery. No shower gel, bar of soap instead.

The proximity to the WTC and access to the best and cleanest Subway station was the best part. The hotel room was small but comfortable for us 3. Clean room, the purified water dispenser was a plus, and the staff was super nice.
