This hotel was very convenient to Penn Station and Broadway. The bathroom floor in the room we stayed in really needs replacing. There were soft spots in the floor that made us think there had been water damage in the sub-flooring Everything else on the room looked like it had been updated. Breakfast was very good.

Great stay, great location.
We enjoyed our 5 day stay immensely. Staff was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us. The room was clean and exceedingly comfortable and though I usually have trouble sleeping away from home, I slept very well at CC. Given the opportunity, I would definitely stay there again

The general manager, Heather was the most unprofessional, rude, and abrasive employee I have ever dealt with in my life. So bad that I had to contact Human Resources. I loved the place and then she charged me four times and when I told her she called me a liar. Now I will never ever stay there again.

The pics that the hotel uses to show its common areas and rooms are highly misleading. The hotel is overall dirty, dented, and worn. The elevators are decrepit and dirty. Only one was in service during our stay. The free breakfast was awful - stale bagels, etc. we were awoken at 3 am by some piece of machinery that loudly hissed for hours on end, and kept us awake. When we pointed it out to staff on checkout she comped us $25. Wow. You all are overcharging for this $hithole, which is tantamount to an hourly hotel.
