Welcome to our brownstone Brooklyn House. This is a licensed Guesthouse legally renting short term in NYC.

The studio apartment is in a classic New York brownstone located in one of the most picturesque neighborhoods Brooklyn has to offer. This is a private studio with high ceilings,a lot of natural light and in a great location only 12min train ride from downtown Manhattan and most of Brooklyn's coolest attractions are just a few minutes away from the house.

The studio apartment is on the 2nd floor of our beautiful 19th Century extremely well maintained brownstone.
Very spacious with high ceilings,large windows and original details such as a fireplace.

We provide our guests
~1 set of towels per guest
~1 set of bedding
For stays longer than 7 days we offer light housekeeping and fresh towels/bedding.

**Additional towels for stay shorter than 7 days available upon request.

The kitchenette is perfect for breakfast,storing snacks and drinks and preparing small meals if you don't feel like eating out.

The bathroom is immaculate free of mildew and routinely sanitized.

Perfect New Year's Eve for Introverts
Our stay was magical, lovely, and fun. Great neighborhood, great food, and convenient location. Everything was clean and lovely.

Just ok.
Pretty underwhelming. First- there’s no address numbers on the exterior, which made it pretty frustrating trying to find it in the dark. It is one room with an uncomfortable bed and a table with two chairs. Check in was easy. The very first thing we experienced was hearing the bed squeak in the room above us- walls and floors are very thin. I woke up today to the neighboring room’s occupant’s snoring. There were no sugar/stevia/splenda packets and only 4 pods for the keurig. I know there are coffee shops near, but when you’re traveling on a budget home coffee is something I’ve come to expect. My bad? There is no TV, which maybe is on purpose because the entire place would hear it. It’s a reasonable walk to the metro, so there’s that.
