The room was not clean. The shower had mold and loose tiles. The only window to the room opened to a cocktail bar in the building! Not an outside window. How expedia could list this as a 4 star property is beyond comprehension! I blame expedia for this not the hotel, $450/night was an absolute joke. I spend over 50 nights a year in Midtown Manhattan and this was absolutely my worst experience. 2 star hotel at best, then you know what you are getting.

I have stayed in Times Square at a higher price and was not treated as well as we were at Truss!! Rooms were clean and staff exceptional. They are five star and the company should be proud. Jessy was just the finest in the biz as were the other staff we encountered. If this location suits your needs, and you can do without in-room coffee maker, highly recommend! Rooms had both a fridge and microwave. We had quite a walk for our Broadway shows but were well prepared for that and enjoyed being out on our journey. Do a little research before you go to save yourself time on eateries and such. If my room is clean and the staff excellent, that’s all I need! Thanks, All!

Beds comfortable, spacious room, good water pressure, a really lovely rooftop space, staff present at the front desk at all hours, helpful, and a great deal on cost. Will recommend to friends.

Nice staff for sure!!! The only positive for this hotel. A huge bathroom and pretty large room sound like a plus, but I would rather have a MOLD-FREE bathroom. The showerhead had mold and was absolutely ridiculous to use. I was the only one in the family who took a chance and showered (luckily, we went home the next day). The sink and faucet...well, do not wash your face with your eyes closed. Stains and/or footprints were everywhere (walls, doors). They did have a microwave and a fridge, which is unheard of for NYC, but NO coffeemaker, no water. The location isn't the best, but that was my choice, so it's OK. But if you are visiting for the first time and only for a few days, I would not recommend it. It is far from everything except the Hudson Yards. Nice people work there and the beds were clean!

The mattresses are awful. Covered with plastic that krinkles and makes noise all night when you or spouse turning. Plastic creates body heat and you become very hot sleeping. Overall bad experience for three nights and will not stay there again.
