Great location, but there were a couple downfalls. First, the hotel is small, so you can hear the room next door. Next, they didn’t clean well. Making our bed consisted of pulling up the comforter. The shower door didn’t close properly and the walls were dirty. There’s another hotel next door that I’d try next time. The location is great though and the front desk staff was nice. At one point workers came in our room and didn’t even knock. They were apologetic and nice but still.

Nice hotel, good location
The staff was wonderful and the too. Was clean and comfortable. It was in the small side and didn’t have a fridge in it, but everything was in good condition. It’s close to everything and most trains so it was easy to get around.

The property facade is very hole-in-the-wall which was surprising and unimpressive, however the location was excellent and convenient. All staff members we interacted were kind and knowledgable, however the rooms themselves lacked things like toiletry replenishment, different number and kinds of towels left every time, etc. We stayed on the top floor (17th) and the view of the Empire State building was exciting, but mostly looked onto other buildings. The walls are thin and because there is no "hallway", you can hear every door on the floor open and close (along with the elevator) 24/7. Overall would stay again if the price was right!

Great hotel for a quick business stay in midtown. Good-sized room for NYC, very quiet in room, friendliest staff I’ve seen in my years of traveling here. If I stay in Midtown again this is a no-brainer.

The web page stated that there was a bar and free breakfast-they had neither. These were 2 of the reasons we chose to stay there. Had to have staff come up and fix the TV. Skimpy on wash clothes and hand towels. Bath products were very nice.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the lobby and the room. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do in the city. I went with a friend and she is looking to return to the city with family and would stay here again. The people at the desk were friendly too.
