It was big enough to stay for one night and the room was extremely quiet and I did not hear anything from neighbor rooms. The staff members were very kind to explain the hotel facilities. I am hoping to stay there again whenever I visit New York.

I liked the customer service and the central location. I did not like the small size of our room, the broken lightbulb in our bathroom and the noisy AC unit. I think the price was about right for what we got, albeit on the pricer end.

I primarily chose this property because the price was very reasonable for a Friday and Saturday night stay. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk found out we had taken a red eye and we were tired. He surprised us with a super early check in free of charge, which we were so thankful for and very much appreciated. The room is a standard hotel room, slightly smaller, but everything worked fine and was good for what we needed. Location is great. Just around the corner is Heralds Square, and lots of shopping and Macy's. It took us about 13 minutes to walk to Times Square. Right next to the hotel is a korean restaurant and a bagel place which is good if you need a quick breakfast or snacks. Right across is a souvenir shop for your last minute gifts in case you forgot someone. I would definitely come back here again. My only recommendation might be a small fridge in the room.
