I was forced to pay for 2 rooms, even if I couldn’t arrive at the property because my flight was cancelled due to the Microsoft Outage. Such a poor customer service, person at the front desk doesn’t understand and speak proper English, and management didn’t want to have any communication with Expedia or me, until the next day, so they can charge me for no show up.
Really disappointed! Will never book with them again, and i will make sure more people hear about my experience with this propery, and their rudeness !
