The hotel itself was lovely but the location is very run down, smelly with lots of homeless just lying on pathways.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Staff was super helpful and gentle. The staff made a difference on our stay! It is a gem in an industrial area. The neighbourhood would definitly need some redeveloppement. Streets are dirty and lots of sketchy people walking to the beach. This the only inconvenient about this hotel.

My only real complaint room 408 is next to the loud ice machine. It kept waking us up. Other than that it’s a cozy little place

Good cheap place to stay close to Coney Island
Hotel clean, helpful check in staff, comfortable and free parking. Air conditioning was loud, location off the beaten track and felt unsafe.
