When i walked in there was no one at the front desk, had to wait 20 minutes before someone finally came to check us in, I frequently come to this hotel and every time we stay breakfast is alway cold

We had a great stay here - the hotel is in a strange location but that doesn’t take away from it being a lovely place to stay. Close to train stations, shops and a supermarket.

The hotel and staff were OK, no complaints. The free parking on the property was a great plus. For some reason, people kept coming and going during the night, while talking either to each other or on the phone – and you can hear everything! This kept me awake half the night. The area around the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, but there’s a police station right across the street, which gave me great comfort. The room was clean, no unpleasant smells or broken furniture, etc.

Great stay —tough industrial location
Very friendly staff. It’s a strange location and a little rough for walking to the train station nearby as there is a cement factory near by that you pass. That being said, the faculty was well kept and amenities were good. It’s walkable to Coney Island and beach although it feels a little unsafe it a couple of spots…mostly because there was almost no one on the streets.

Literal Diamond in the Rough.
The accommodations were very good. The breakfast was pretty good. It was much better than the BW Gregory we stayed in a couple of days before. The location is not at all scenic. It is very industrial. The parking should be addressed. I don’t know why the spaces across the street aren’t available but that would solve this issue. There is a surprisingly nice assortment of dining nearby. Not really walkable but a short ride.

People and facilities of the hotel were very nice, and room was very fresh and clean! Breakfast was amazing and many options, all warm and fresh. Only worry was that hotel is down a dead end and the area around made my visitor feel a little nervous about the neighborhood. But the hotel itself was a little ray of sunshine!

Affordable lodging that was clean (seemed to have been recently renovated) and had a great breakfast. Service was excellent and very accommodating in helping us during our visit. I will stay again if back visiting the area!
