It was easy to get to, things were clean. The staff was friendly enough, but seemed bored . There were times it was hard to find someone at the desk to ask questions or get other assistance.

The staff was amazing, breakfast was constantly replenished and the 24hr coffee bar was great. Mark went out of his way to make my birthday really special and we will definitely stay here again!

We used to stay at the Best western Gregory hotel and it is an overpriced dump. We found the Avid nearby and had a great stay. The hotel is new so everything is clean and updated. They also have a pretty decent breakfast selection and coffee. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will be coming again

The property is pratically a new hotel, well maintained and easy walking to the metro station. Enough restaurant at 10.minutes walking distance. You feel safe in the neighbourhood. The hotel has the best breakfast I have had so far as continental breakfast. Coffee and tea are available the whole day. I am extremely satisfied with the hotel.

Nothing to brag about but for the price, You won’t find too many hotels that are better, In Brooklyn. I didn’t get a chance to check out the breakfast but I think it’s continental. There’s a Bagel shop and deli across the street, 24hr deli around the corner, Plenty of sushi annd other food options and a park that’s in walking distance. The room was on the smaller side but it was very clean and it did have a big enough UHDTV mounted with a fridge in the room. For a short stay, I’d say this is a really good option.

The property itself was clean and newer but the night desk staff was rude and uninformed. We were told we would have parking reserved each night for a cost. We took that to mean we had a reserved slot for our entire stay. The next day we went to park and were told it was full. We had to reserve it each day….that was not what we were told when we checked in. The girl on the night desk the other two nights we were there sat in the lounge on her phone or visiting with friends. Had to actually search for her….very unprofessional.
