The hotel was dirty, the hallways were being painted and the smell of paint was very strong in my room. The shower water leaked all over the bathroom floor through the tile because not sealed properly. Water in shower took over 15 minutes to get warm.

Hidden gem!
First time at the Arlo and the whole team was so welcoming and friendly! In a busy city during a super busy week, you almost expect service quality to go down but not here. They were positive and ready to answer any question. Loved the eco touches in the room and the rooftop was a great spot for meetings.

We have never stayed in NYC before so don't have anything really to compare this with. Generally found it good, really close to the Subway and great food options nearby. Rooms pretty small for 2 people to navigate and bathroom not at all private with 2 people not in a couple sharing.
