Absolutely fabulous location. We had the twin room and there was no space to put up our clothes, which was unexpected. The room was a little dusty and there were no coffee or tea making facilities, meaning we had to spend $12 on coffees in the lobby each morning. Having said that , staff were friendly and I’d definitely stay again given the location.

Fantastic Hotel
The Arlo chain is my go-to when I am staying in New York, and this was my best experience yet. Upon check in we received a voucher for free breakfast at Linden’s and it was probably the best meal we had during the trip. The rooms are small, but clean and well arranged. The beds are very comfortable, and the pillows and bedding are also great. The shower had great water pressure and the towels were so soft and fluffy. The service was exceptional. From the free breakfast to arranging a car for us to get to the airport, it was just a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

This is the worst catfish hotel we have stayed in NYC. Overprized & deeply deceiving in pictures. The room is ultra small... smaller than a cruise room. No room service. The thermostat sounded like a trigger being pulled everytime it started... all night long. It was within walking distance to the Lucille Lortell Theater.
