We stayed at Aloft before a 6am flight out of LaGuardia. Our short visit was perfect for a nap (we arrived after midnight) and left on the 5am shuttle. We only took the shuttle TO the airport. It apparently leaves every half hour on the hour and half hour. At precisely 5:00am, we were rolling, and, as they advised, it took exactly 3 minutes to arrive at the Delta terminal. Room was good sized, quiet and bathroom was clean. Free bottle of water was nice. Only minor criticism is that shower pressure was not great. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient shuttle service.
The room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was also large relative to the whole room size. Staff was very friendly and prompt in helping. The shuttle service to the airport (LaGuardia) was a convenient service, which, they said, runs every 30 minutes but seems to run more frequently, and it doesn’t take more than 5 minutes from and to the airport C Terminal (Delta).

Not only is the property subpar for $300/night, the area is sketchy, they gave misinformation about the shuttle operation, and the bathroom smelled like urine. This property is the quality of a $50/night motel. I honestly deserve some of my money back from this place.
