Unfortunately we had an incident on the second day of our stay. First of all we requested a King size bed for our room, upon arrival it wasn’t available after I had reserved the room over a month ago. On the second day of our stay they called me twice to move my belongings from my room to move to another room in the property without my consent. I told them on the phone my estimated time of arrival back to the property in which I would gladly move my belongings. Instead, without our permission, they took our stuff away to the other room and bagging some of my wife’s privates into a bag and placing it at the hotel storage. We were very disappointed with this event as we did not give our consent for our belongings to be moved. They tried to fix it by giving us a complimentary drink and some water bottles. Very dissatisfied with this stay.
