Our modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the perfect getaway from NYC while still a short walk from the subway (A train at Beach 67th.) Central heat/ac, wifi, TV, books and boardgames make this home a delight when not at the beach.

Surf break across the street, coffee, burritos and more a short walk away.
