Loved the room, but not the service.
Hotel was nice and room was comfortable and clean. However, service was lacking. Nothing in the workout center was working. Missing power cords or batteries for controls. Pool was out of service. Breakfast bar was not kept clean or stocked with food. Ran out of eggs, there was no waffel batter, 2 of the 4 Juice selections were out, and there was a piece of toast in the toaster for hours. Staff were no where to be found and were not easily identified, as many of them were wearing shirts from the hotel next door.

I was extremely frustrated as the TV's did not work, the building did not have AC and we had to move rooms, only to find out the TVS again did not work in our new room. The pool was out of order with no notice

The room was fine, but we were put on 2nd floor when they clearly had rooms on lower level we asked for. The hotel smells bad and stairs were out of order. Breakfast was cold and very little selection.

I had previously made a reservation back in February. I couldn’t find confirmation number in the app-called the hotel and they stated they didn’t have a reservation so i made another only to check in and find i had two and was charged for both. I was told one would be refunded but after contacting hotels.com i was refused the refund.

My room was GROSS! HUGE stains on the carpet, a stale odor, I found about 8 mentos candies, a HUGE chunk of gum (I think it was gum) in the air conditioner vents. I cleaned some of the mentos out of the vents. There is blood or something like blood spattered on the curtains and in the bathroom near the toilet! There was something (I don’t want to know what it is) on the floor near the toilet that pretty… gross!! Dust jack rabbits throughout the room, etc. The people in the room next to me were so loud I felt like I was in their room with them! I called the front desk, she did go over and ask them to keep it down. They didn’t, so I called back several times but the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone! I didn’t fall asleep until around 2am! The continental breakfast, where do I begin? The employee that was supposed to be taking care of that area was sleeping in a chair in the lobby/breakfast area. Yes, sleeping! When she woke up, she informed me that she was tired! One juice worked on the juice machine, the regular coffee machine was out, the employee that “didn’t work in that area” told me… “it’s out and I don’t know where the person that works in this area is.” She didn’t seem to care much and sat back down with a man at one of the tables to visit. The other employee that “didn’t work in that area” was eating and enjoying her breakfast. They were out of nearly everything and NO ONE was to be found to ask for anything. I usually don’t leave reviews…

The shower was unclean and lots of hair in it all over the walls in the shower and shelving. Housekeepers need to clean better and make sure they get all the hair out of the showers.
