Beautiful Oceanwalk Condo with an Ocean View!

This is an exceptional space for single families, family groups or couples. Our condo, located in Oceanwalk is one of the few condos with an ocean view. It is1700 square feet located on the 5th floor of building two and provides a fun but also RELAXING vacation. The beach is literally a walk across the street, and you can see one of the pools from both of our balconies as well as the shuffleboard and tennis court areas. There is also an additional pool, a basketball hoop and bocce ball.

In New Smyrna, you can drive on the beach which is a real plus for various reasons, but there are also no drive areas. The beach across the street is the no drive beach and provides a nice relaxing beach experience. You can also go a mile down the street and drive onto the beach if you want a more lively experience. The condo itself is one of the more sought after units in Oceanwalk, as it is an end unit with lots of light, two balconies and the view of the ocean. As an added bonus, you can see the space launches right from out balcony! Our family has generally chosen houses to rent on our vacation, but this condo has changed all of that with so much to do, more space and a beach view. We have a wagon, beach towels, umbrella, pool toys, sand toys, and beach chairs so you do not have to buy anything to make your way to the beach!

Note, this is NOT a spot for parties or groups of teenagers or college kids who want to play loud music and have late parties. NONE of that will be tolerated as loud music is not allowed at all and we have year round neighbors who we want to respect. This is a family resort for a fun and relaxing vacation. You will not be disappointed! Feel free to send us a message with any questions. We are adding an additional bunk bed and trundle as of January 21st, so we now have plenty of room for 9 in beds. We also have a stroller, high chair and a pack-n-play. (If a baby pushes your number to 10, we will allow that as well.). Come enjoy the sunshine and relax a little....Oh, and we always get comments on how comfortable our beds are!

New Smyrna is full of things to do: Obviously there is the beach but there is also the intercoastal waterway which is great for kayaking. Kennedy space center is worth a visit along with the Ponce Inlet and it's famous lighthouse. Daytona is only 25 minutes away with all kinds of shopping and activities. We actually enjoy the simplicity and quality of shopping and dining in New Smyrna, however.
