This lovely two bedroom townhouse offers spacious open plan living with a conservatory to relax in the sun and enjoy a good book or a morning cuppa. Slide back the large sliders and enjoy the fantastic indoor outdoor flow and all day sun.

You won't mind cooking here as you have a fully equipped kitchen with a fantastic bi-fold window where you can soak up the ocean views. In the evening cook up a storm and pass the food directly out the window to enjoy alfresco dinning in the garden while listening to the waves rolling in and discussing your days adventures.

This townhouse has great off street parking where you can park your car right outside. You properly won't use it here as most of new plymouth's major attractions are in walking distance.

Please note the cleaning fee: all linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the ministry of health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All bach break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

Great place
Super spacious place for two of us. Loved the spot. Close to town and beach but nice and quiet. Was clean and tidy. The main bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable but the one in the second bedroom was amazing.

We appreciated the space, the pleasant outdoor terrace, and the nice view over to the sea. But we were disappointed to find the property shabbier than we had anticipated from the photos and from the rental price. The exterior on the driveway side is old and depressing, and the interior rather musty. The shower hose was leaking badly and needs replacing. The black mould in the shower was unpleasant. The toilet seat was old and stained.

Four of us stayed for a week here and thoroughly enjoyed the peace of the neighbourhood. Lovely open plan kitchen/dining/living area with great indoor/outdoor flow. We made good use of the Coastal Walkway and were within easy driving distance of Ngamotu Beach as well as Pukekura Park. A very comfortable little holiday home!

Handy location to walkway, town and local swimming pool. I did send a question to the owner or property manager not sure who the questions go to?? When I booked the property but never got a reply, it would have been handy to know the answer to my question, as it happened my children were invited to friends houses o did not stay at the Bach. But I had a lovely time, Thank you!

Simply delightful
This place is lovely for a no fuss time in a beautiful part of New Zealand. Everything needed is provided (although a BBQ would be good). The Netflix and wifi worked perfectly. The linen and towels were clean and fresh. Soap containers full... all excellent.

In reality it was just what we wanted. However note. Some lights not working. Bed side lamp not working. The fold out double bed in lounge is only only suitable for children. Nearly backed car into the pit where bins are stored, should have warnings or a bollard. Replaced batteries in clock (found some in cupboard). Maybe close garden shed door just for better appearance. And tidy around same shed. A larger microwaveable bowl would be helpful. Hope that is all helpful.
