Upstairs is the kitchen and living area with deck, separate toilet plus master bedroom & ensuite. There is the added advantage of a built-in lift in case stairs are a problem. The property has an internal access garage available plus good off-street parking. Great views of the mountain and sea can be seen from the street corner, weather permitting.
