Location was in walking distance to the French Quartes. The room was clean and the staff very professional.

The property was in a great location for walking anywhere. It’s a street over from Bourbon street, great restaurants and bars in 1-2 blocks. We were able to walk to the stadium and the casino. Room was clean. Property was clean. Security was a little abrasive about having anything other than water bottles in the pool area. Front desk clerk was short when asking if we could check in after 12am on check in day, as we were traveling from Ohio and wouldn’t get in until after 1am. Front desk and valet is 24/7. If staying NYE, ask for alternate routes prior to coming in as they close the streets down.

This is the only hotel I will ever stay at in New Orleans. The rooms are clean. The staff is amazing. The location is in the French Quarter and the price is RIGHT! Loved our stay here.

The staff at this facility is first class, and its very safe only being one half block off canal st. We were here during the tragic accident new year's eve. Even though everyone in the city was very upset, shook up, and dazed by this horrific, this staff still performed excellent. We talked to more than 4 staff members, some of which have been there over 30 years and they were heartbroken. New years day was very quiet. I saw many people leaving which put even more pressure on this staff, but they did their best. I love new orleans and will be back soon. It will also be at the Whyndam on Royal st.

Great location for French Quarter and to the river. Rooms are fine but hallways have that damp smell. Had to ask for refills on bath items and coffee. Staff helpful

Room had a funny smell to it, mold in the ice tray. It costed 10.00 extra to have a refrigerator in your room. Tub was peeling and either mold or mildew on the tub.

The location is good, easy access to all restaurants and bar. The hotel room is old, smelly and dirty. There was no hot water the 2 days we were trying to take a shower. I called the FD on the second day because it was a real cold water when I was in the middle of the shower. I was told to wait for the maintenance but nobody showed up. We wasted our vacation time and greatly upset not being able to properly take a shower. The pullout sofa bed was not made. There were no coffee replenishment and we had to call for toilet paper and tissue. Those are basic things that a decent hotel should automatically provide. I brought up the hot water issue to the FD agent at checkout. She looked at me as if I had 3 heads and didn’t do anything at all. She said she will investigate but how can she investigate if she didn’t even bother to ask for my name. It was a disappointing experience choosing this hotel.
