This historic building located in the Lower Garden District was originally built in 1906. It blends old New Orleans charm with modern comforts and amenities. Inside, it has been beautifully remodeled in 2019 with an open floor plan, modern furnishings, all new appliances, and wooden floors. The place features 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the apartment with natural light, and local art. The backyard features a deck with seating.


This unit is 1 of 4 in a larger house. The newly renovated interior features elegant decor throughout.

The fully-stocked open plan kitchen featuring all new appliances is the perfect spot to cook a delicious meal.

The fast internet and smart LED TVs in all rooms allows you to relax after a long day exploring the city.

Each room is thoroughly cleaned between guests, and fresh linens and toiletries are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.


The Lower Garden District was built in the mid-19th century and is one of the most scenic and wealthy areas of all New Orleans. Grand, historic mansions line the streets, making it a scenic neighborhood away from the bustle of the French Quarter and perfect for strolling.

Find yourself within walking distance to upscale dining, craft cocktails and rare antiques. However, there is also casual dining, local bars, and boutiques all in the area as well.

Nearby attractions include the World War II Museum, Audubon Park & Zoo, Lafayette Cemetery, Commander's Palace, and the shops of Magazine Street. Just a few minutes away from the Lower Garden District and a short car ride away is the famed French Quarter.

Opt for taking the charming streetcar down St. Charles Avenue and enjoy all the sites in between.


Many attractions can be enjoyed by foot, but for other means of transportation there are nearby blue bike share hubs.

Taxis and ride shares such as Uber and Lyft operate heavily in the area.

The St. Charles streetcar line is just one block away and can transport you up to the French Quarter or across to Riverbend.

The place was clean and just as it appears online... no issues. Also, it is VERY convenient to Tram (green) only 5 min. walk that takes you to Canal St. It has street parking right in front of the place with no issues. Only a small issue with the place, very low water pressure in the shower and noise from unit upstairs. Else very good place and I would stay there again.

Great location. We were able to park on the street right by the house and leave the car for the entire stay. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and very easy to hop on the trolley and head towards the French Quarter one way and the Garden District the other. The property was very well maintained. Our only issue was the very low water pressure, but you get that in cities. Overall a terrific place!

Pleasant, comfortable, tastefully appointed environment. Close to public transportation and also easy to park. Close to eateries, but not to groceries. Adequately equipped kitchen, but not great if you want to do a lot of cooking. Bailey was accessible and responsive to my questions ahead of time and very helpful, but didn’t give me the code before I arrived. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place.

Great house in a great neighborhood
We loved our stay here. Just enough space, nice and clean. But the real gem is the location! So easy to hop on the (crowded and sometime full) St. Charles streetcar. Walkable restaurant , coffee shops, drinks. We felt safe after dark. Adequate parking. All in all…great! We’d totally come back:)

This was our second time staying at this property, just in a different one of the units. I thought staying upstairs would be more of a pain but I actually felt more secure and the balcony was an absolute stunning little charm to have to relax on in the mornings/evenings. The place is so well-kept and the neighborhood is fabulous. This will always be my first place to look for a place to stay in NOLA.

Great stay for me and my youngest (14 yo)! Within easy walking distance of the WWII Museum, Ogden, art galleries and more. A one block walk to the St Charles Streetcar that we took to the Garden District and French Quarter—although we walked to the French Quarter too. Very nice, clean, and quiet place. Highly recommend

modern place in beautiful little neighborhood
This place was so nice and clean on the inside and had everything you could need, and it was charming and very quintessential NOLA on the outside. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It was a short walk to the convention center and had plenty of great places to get coffee and food along the way. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Great Place! You won't regret it.
Everything was quick and painless. Bailey reached out to us the day of to give us the details and told us how check in would go. There were no issues with parking. The place was clean and comfortable. I thought there was a camera in the kitchen and Bailey took my call and explained it was a sensor for the kitchen lights, just in case anyone else stays here. He informed me about the VRBO policies and was overall as communicative as needed. The walk was about 30 minutes to Bourbon street but well worth it as there's plenty of things along the way. There's restaurants everywhere in the vicinity and televisions in every room for your days spent slugging about. Amazing place!
