This is two separate suites which includes the entire second and third story of the building with 6 total bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, there is room to stay with your closest friends, family or colleagues. Each unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining table, and outdoor grill, this is the perfect place for any group. And it's in the most convenient spot in the city, located just a few blocks off of the famous St. Charles avenue and close to downtown. This property's extraordinary design was honored with a 2024 IIDA Award (International Interior Design Association).
The Space:
This newly renovated building is tastefully furnished with a perfect blend of modern comforts and vintage accents. From the original fireplaces, restored hardware floors, high ceilings and vibrant wallpapers, you can enjoy the flavor of New Orleans without even leaving the house. This rental is for the entire 2nd and 3rd floor of the hotel, two individual units, each which serve as their very own home and an unbelievable amount of space making it a great option for large groups. The 6 bedrooms are divided between the two units. Reference floor plan for accurate bedroom configuration. This allows for just the right amount of privacy and togetherness for your friends, family or colleagues.

Both the front and back door have a smart which the guest will have access to. There are three total units in the building, all of which share a large backyard/courtyard with a grill and plenty of seating.
The Neighborhood:
This beautiful property is just steps away from the historic St. Charles Streetcar to take you to the French Quarter, Warehouse District, or Audubon Park & Zoo. Take a walk over to thriving Magazine St. which is full of unique shops, cafes, antiques, and restaurants. Steps away is Coliseum Square Park, where you can enjoy the flowing fountains and lush trees. This park also offers shaded running trails for your exercise needs and Audubon Park offers a much longer course if that peaks your interest. Also conveniently located walking distance to the Central Business District, Smoothie King Center and the Superdome.
Getting Around:
The area is safe to walk around and has many bustling restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. Walk a few blocks towards St. Charles Ave. and you will find the historic streetcar, which can take you anywhere from the French Quarter to Audubon Park. Street parking is easy to find if you bring a rental car.
Uber and Lyft are very easy, convenient, and affordable options to get around without needing a rental car. There is also a New Orleans Blue Bike station every few blocks, allowing you to rent electric-assist bikes at $0.15 / minute to get wherever you'd like to go. Google New Orleans Blue Bikes and click on their map to see all of the exact locations.

This is one of the most convenient homes you'll ever find to be able to experience the thrill of Mardi Gras like a true local without having to worry about getting around town or finding a bathroom (a common issue people have when they have to travel to get to the parade route).
JAZZ FEST: This property is about a 15 minute drive / 5 miles away / 30 minute bike ride from Jazz Festival (The Fairgrounds), making this a very convenient spot to explore Jazz Fest during the day, but have some peace and quiet at night.
