Need better house cleaning in the unit i was in it was terrible but it could use more cleaning clean towels and washcloths washing machine had a terrible smell in it security in the building wasn't all that safe people was just waiting for people to come out and then they would enter i wouldn't rent again

Apartment was very clean. Stairwells were not maintained and lobby had foul smells. But appreciate the effort put in by the apartment owner to keep the place clean and well furnished.

Decent enough hotel, very close to French quarter. The building is old, but the rooms are spacious and updated. Clean enough, comfortable beds. Laundry and kitchen is nice. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. The area around is a little seedy, but I think that's everywhere in New Orleans. Compared to some of the fancier hotels nearby, this place is a lot cheaper. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but I'd recommend it if you want a cheap place with a kitchen and laundry

The washer & dryer didn’t work. After washing my clothes it was super soaked as if it didn’t spin. And the dryer took for ever to dry the clothes most likely because because of the clothes being soaked

The condo was perfectly located to be able to get pretty much anywhere. It is clearly an older building, with paint peeling in the rooms. But overall the stay was nice. Really appreciated on site security and door codes as well.

Noisy and smell of food.

The condo was OK except the rooms we were given. We had two rooms on the 5th floor overlooking the hvac rooftop units. There was a restaurant next door and the kitchen exhaust fan was right outside our living room window. You could smell the food from next door and the noise was si loud that i have to turn the volume up on the tv to hear it. Bad location for a room. If i ever stay there again i will ask for a room on the other side of the building.

My 1st time renting and it was amazing. Place was clean, and had more space than expected. Bathrooms were very clean. The area was close to everything. Nothing to really complain about but 1 bathroom wasnt working and the dryer, which it wasnt a big problem. If i ever come back. I will rent again. Thank You

This was the perfect condo for a long weekend! Plenty of space for me and my boyfriend. It was nice having 2 bathrooms.Felt safe with the safety officer downstairs in the lobby at all times.

The unit was exactly as promised, albeit a bit smaller than we thought. The unit itself was fairly clean and well appointed. We appreciated the coffee, creamer and sugar. The location is super and the communication excellent. We were having trouble opening the door and when we called for help, the person was very good. The location is perfect too. We were just a 5 minute walk from a drug store and 10 minutes from the French Quarter. The only downside was that the building smelled horrible. The lobby and elevators have a very strong unpleasant smell. Also, if you are relying on the pull out couch for sleeping, it's not great. There were extra sheets but no blanket at all.
