What I liked about staying here is that the staff that I encountered during my stay were courteous and helpful. I had to extend for another night due to hurricane Francine and they accommodated my request which put my mind at rest so I didn’t have to go looking for another hotel. The room that I was given was also noticeably clean.

Nice, clean, and quiet hotel. Within walking distance from Bourban and Canal street. Parking garage next to it is $25 a night as opposed to the $45 a night valet parking.

Stay was nice, everyone was pleasant and helpful. This was my 3rd year going to New Orleans and I thought not staying in the quarter would be a little more quiet and cleaner, but that wasn't the case. The only place clean in this area was the hotel.

The room was very spacious but had a terrible smell in it. There was some kind of food splattered all over the wall in one of the bedrooms and the carpet was stained in the living room. The staff was very friendly.

Fantastic accommodation, clean and comfortable equipped with everything you could need. Super comfy beds! Superb location for wandering to Canal street and Bourbon Street perfectly safe to walk. Breakfast selection could be better but adequate Valet parking I would avoid very slow response, plenty safe public parking nearby that can be booked online.

The room was very dirty, there were blood stains on the sheets when we first arrived. We ask them to change the sheets and they just gave us an extra one so we could do it and said the housekeeper would clean everything the next day. No one came to our room and we found more and more dirty things everywhere so they had to change us rooms which was also with kitchen appliances all greasy and dirty. It was very disappointing!

Rooms were perfect for our stay! Close walk to smooth king center ( 20 minutes) and 9 min walk to bourbon. Loved that they have suites with separate rooms.

Great breakfast. Nice staff. Encourage valet parking and Lyft around the city. Watch the closet doors they maybe off the hinge. Room was clean. Loved the key entry for hotel and elevators.
