Long wait to check in. Once we got settled in our room, we turned the tv on and it wouldn’t work. We tried to call down to the desk using the phone in the room but it doesn’t work. Keira, from the front desk, said that they’re working on the phone systems currently when I actually called her on my own cell phone. I explained that our TV was not working we couldn’t access the channels and she said she’d send the maintenance guy up. He arrived shortly afterwards and couldn’t seem to figure out what the problem was and said he would get back to us. He did mention that we may have to move to a new room. Half an hour later we still haven’t heard from him so again I called Keira at the front desk on my cell phone and she apologized and said yes we would have to move to another room. She personally brought the keys up to me to the new room. Both her and I went to the new room and tried the TVs there which worked and came back down looking for a luggage cart to move all of our stuff that we brought w us to our new room. We couldn’t find the luggage cart. So three trips later by both of us , my boyfriend and I, we got settled in our room. The lamp in the main bedroom / common area did not work. But at least the TV worked I guess I could say.

I enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and clean on the 5th floor. Breakfast was fabulous. I was not wild about the $250 hold but that’s life, I guess. I would recommend this location.

Ahsiyah Charles was absolutely fantastic! He saved my reservation and I really appreciate his help. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. The water fell on the floor so easily and it was always cold because of the half-glass shower door.

The Property itself was great as far as upkeep and location Reserved a King Bed room Got one with 2 beds Let the front desk know 3 times Said only the Manager could do anything. Asked gain to Sunday for the manager, again they said she/he would call us. Nothing Paid to valet our car $45 per night Saturday our car sat on the street all night and into Sunday afternoon.

I found a baby roach in the bathroom on my last night. I noticed mole in the bathroom shower. I requested an upgrade for my room. I was unable to get an upgraded room. The hotel advertised a bar/restaurant in the hotel. The bar/restaurant was closed down. There are homeless people sleeping right outside the hotel.

Enjoyed having a full size fridge in the room. Kitchenette is a really nice plus, just didn't get to take advantage in my two day stay. Clean bathroom and bedding. Staff was very nice. Definitely would stay here again, especially with the convenient location!
