Location was good - close to WWII Museum and the trolly line - French quarter was walkable if you’re in decent shape and have good walking shoes - we walked back and forth in the same day not too bad ! Weather was not super hot though that could be problematic ! Definitely recommend the breakfast was decent and the kitchen in your room would help with longer stays /)

Overcharged for our stay since only one elevator was working during the Era’s Tour. Main lobby smelled of urine. However the customer service was absolutely the best that I had in a very long time while staying in a hotel.

This place is just TRASH! So dirty! Everything is just old and run down. There are stains everywhere. The rooms smell so musty and have strong smell of chemicals trying to mask the mold and musty orders. So dirty and run down. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If I was paid to stay here I would not. The staff is just there to do the routine. Couls careless about the customers. OLD and VERY DIRTY!

Nice location, we were able to walk to French Quarter and to the Superdome for the Taylor Swift’s concert at night. It’s a 20 min walk to be clear. I enjoy walking around. They set a room with beads, nail polish and make up glitter for the girls which was very thoughtful.

Highly Recommend!
The staff were extremely friendly all the way from the valet attendant to the front desk staff! We had an amazing stay. The room was very clean and spacious. I have honestly not had service this great in quite a few years! I would highly recommend this hotel. The walk ability was also a huge plus.
