The lighting in the bathroom was poor. The pipes make a lot of noise when taking a shower. It was startling at first. There are not nearly enough power outlets in the room for the needs of today's traveler with cell phones and tables and things that need to be charged overnight. The room and property was very clean and, in general, well maintained. I appreciated the Starbucks on property and the ability to leave bags with the bell hop and pick up later after check out. The staff were all very professional and courteous.

Staff was always helpful! DJ in the bar was great and played a great mix of music from every genre! Walkable to everything we wanted to see plus the trolley picks up right in front of the hotel. My group really enjoyed our stay there.

Good location but a weird hotel. It was very cold outside but my bed had only two sheets on it instead of a blanket. When I asked for a comforter they brought me… a third sheet! I ordered room service one morning because I had an early work call but it took almost 50 minutes (at 7 am) and I had to end up canceling the meal because I would be too late for work. Shower drain was clogged. Dim lighting. BUT! The staff I interacted with were all very kind. No shade intended to them. Just the facilities need some more care and attention.

I loved the room & my city view! Room met all of my expectations for my standards. One night while sitting at the bar area I was not greeted while seeing other people were being greeted which i brought this up & she apologized. Situation was handled well!. Other than that I loved my stay here!

The sheets were absolutely filthy. They had make up and blood stains on them. Hair in the shower. Toilet had streaks. Thankfully we had our own blanket and left as soon as we woke up. Never again!

Consierge was top notch! Excellent service, great recommendations and very personable Hot water was scant, but room and bathroom were large and very clean. Had an issue with the safe and security was quick to reply and fix. Had a drink at the bar - bartender very pleasant but maintenance issues meant there was an unpleasant odour - we didn’t stay long… Recommend getting the king room with floor to ceiling window with city view! Buffet breakfast was disappointing for the price and we weren’t given the option to order a la carte. Would recommend. Super convenient to the French quarter, hop on hop off tour and many attractions. But go somewhere else for breakfast would be my suggestion
