Worst Family Stay Ever
The room was good until about 2:00 AM when drunk teenagers came in and were excessively loud. Complained to the hotel and all they offered was 3,000 bonvoy points. I dont even know what that does.

This place was pretty noisey
The room was mostly clean only thing I noticed was the was some dust of the light fixtures and the bathroom floor was sticky. The bed was comfy and the view from our window was really nice. We had planned to sleep in till about 10 before we left but we had been woke up many times after around 6am with crashing and banging from what sounded like room service I know at one point they were using the vacuum in the next room and smashing it off of all the furniture and the base boards of the room we decided to check out early and the guy that checked us out was nice but didn’t seem to worry about the fact I’d been woke up early.

The hotel was fine. It seemed that anyone off the street could wander into the hotel and hang out. Someone was caught trying to get into a room.

Everything was great. I didn’t like the fact that there was no refrigerator in the room. I think all hotel rooms should have a refrigerator, especially when you have medical conditions and things need to be kept in the refrigerator.

Property was overall lovely. They really leaned into Taylor Swift Concert in town. Loved that! Staff for the most part, really made an effort. Lovely view from our window. Right on the end of Canal St. Near almost everything(walking distance). This is a walking town! That said there is a trolley stop right out front. Transit times were the same as just walking. Homelessness is a real issue here. There was one whom lived directly outside the front entrance. Very sad but, very delusional. I understand this is not the hotel's responsibility but just be aware. There was a leak in the tub which the repairman "fixed" by turning the handle extra tight. So next time we used it: it went right back to leaking. I have an injury in my hand so I just don't have the grip. But if that washer had been changed that wouldn't have been an issue.
