The manager was nice upon checking us in. The manager was responsive to all concerns such as the rooms linking sinks and air conditioners. No functional wifi, terrible, poor, rude housekeepers. It wasn't until I had to go next door to the Best Westen hotel to connect to their Wifi before the front desk lady call the manager or owner to get the phone number to thier wifi team. The two lady housekeepers again were horrible and continued to refuse to clean our rooms. Even after requesting at the front desk for housekeeping. We would have to wait until the housekeepers were passing by to ask for their cleaning supplies and change of towels, etc.

Front desk lady was sweet but my room was dirty. There was a clearly water damaged door to the bathroom, eveytime I used the bathroom sink this awful smell would come from the drains and water was leaking from somewhere in the bathroom onto the floor. There was still hair in the tub and sink from the previous travelers and there was no free breakfast.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed in Room 143. The hotel employees seemed accommodating and attempting to clean this hotel/motel. However, that is me trying my best not to be rude to the people who worked there. This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The pictures are very misguiding. Our room had these issues: - constantly smelled like mold/musty - saw roaches and mice - beds sunken in and extremely noisey -floors felt like they mopped it with dirty water and made it feel sticky - A/C drained water consistently into huge puddles -shower had mold above it - water barely drained in the shower - towels were stained drasticly - some plugs didnt work Also the "breakfast" is literally just a coffee machine, maybe two cereals, milk, and stale danishes. It should be called snack bar. We see they employees trying their best to upkeep this establishment however it appears they tried to slap new paint on feces. If i could of got at least half of our money back and not stay we would but since we could not get a refund we stuck it out. I understand you get what you paid for but this is the first time in my life i feel they need to pay people to stay in such a health hazard. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I’d stay here for sure!
We had a great stay. Didn’t except the room to be as nice as they were. People at the front desk were very nice! And trust me we asked a lot of questions. They had waffles, eggs, yogurts, apples, bagels, and muffins for breakfast. Pool area is insanely pretty. The only complaint I had is our is I think they have softener in the water which makes it hard to know when the the soap is off your body. We stayed 9/27/24 to 9/29/24 through hotels and then added a night through them. I’d come here again if we came back.
I always check beds when we stay at a hotel. They were in point.
Tv had a place for you to use your Netflix.
Hot plate was cool. We didn’t use it thought.

Totally Disgusted
The stay was very disappointing. Dirty walls, ceilings needing maintenance, bugs in the bathroom, old dingy pillowcases and definitely not enough soap or towels. I will never stay at another Quality Inn. Ever. If that isn't enough let me add the spongy powdered eggs, tasteless sausage and frozen butter for your toast. No quality at that inn at all .

The included breakfast is not the worst that I’ve had, but the coffee was a miss. Watery. A waffle machine, pastries, eggs made from powder, pork sausage, cereal, toast and juice/tea rounded out the selection. At least it was hot. The room itself smelled horrible upon entry- as if it had been closed off for awhile without A/C in the New Orleans heat. I was tired, so I quickly got over it because the bed was comfortable.The check-in attendant was great.

If you just need a place to sleep for the night
Everything felt dirty and smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The towels had what looked like toothpaste on them and the bathroom was dirty. It didn’t feel too safe either, but it is gated in. Check in was easy even though it was late at night.
