Affordable & a Quick Uber to the French Quarter

Overall the stay was nice & we enjoyed the property. There's a small park across the way and upon arrival got to take in a softball game from the front porch.

Not at all like described.

The property was not at all like descin listing. I contaed the owned and no response. We ended up getting a different rental and not even using this one.

The location was convenient to the things we wanted to see and do.

The house was spotlessly clean and everything worked. It had everything that we needed, but it was shabbier than the pictures showed it to be. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and not walking distance to any restaurants or shopping. We were a bit afraid to walk around at night. But it was a short drive to the things we wanted to see and do. We never saw our host but he was very quick to respond and help. It was good value but if you are older, it is not easy getting up all those stairs with your luggage. Also, the train is noisy at night and we could hear people through the walls in other apartments. Overall, I would recommend it but know what you are getting.

NOLA visit

Myself and a few family members were visiting NOLA for the first time and needed a place to stay that was close to the french quarter but also reasonably priced. This place was perfect, nothing fancy or over the top but quite enough when you’re out all day. It is a lot bigger than expected too which was nice. The communication with the owner was easy and quick as well.

Girls Getaway

House was pretty accurate in the description. Beds were comfortable. Space was big enough for all of us. Neighborhood was a little sketchy looking but was safe. We did not have hot water in the kitchen.

Convenient and Cozy

The location is very close to the bus stop for traveling around town. I'd recommend looking into "Le Pass" and their Jazzy pass for convenience. The back room was quite warm and didn't really cool off much, and one of the smoke detectors kept chirping, which was mentioned to the owner, but overall, the stay was enjoyable.

Nice two bedroom

Communication with Thushan was A++ and couldn’t have asked for better!! The bedrooms were spacious and things were really good. I would have liked to have seen dish soap for doing the dishes and maybe a little more seating in the living rooms. Those would be my only ‘complaints’ if I had any. Also maybe hide the roach baits a little better, though I didn’t see one single bug!! Smoke alarm kept beeping but I messaged Thushan and he got that fixed dang near immediately. Really impressed with the apt. The neighborhood looks ROUGH, but I was never scared.

Conveniently located

Conveniently located to everything we wanted to see. The owner was friendly and helpful. We had to buy a few things for our stay there, such as paper towels and dish soap. We also wished there was a larger couch so that we could all sit together in the living room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Choice for NOLA!

Excellent home, with cool nightlife options nearby and a short ride from the Quarter. Spacious, well-appointed 2-BD, 1-BA with full kitchen. Important: This is not a shotgun home…each bedroom offers full privacy. Host offered quick and effective responses. There’s also a porch, grassy side yard, and off-street parking. Neighborhood was fine — we waked to several places at night — and no concerns if you’re using Uber.
