A four-star hotel...that's wrong. I stayed for two nights, but the room was not cleaned on the second day, and when I asked the front desk, they said that cleaning is done every other day (it's not written anywhere). Used towels are not collected, and towels and amenities to be used on the second day are not replenished unless you ask. There is no water service. It's worse than a three-star hotel. I asked the front desk to replenish the towels and amenities, and when I returned to the room after dinner, the towels were left there haphazardly. There was no bath mat or face towel. The staff was so low-level that they couldn't even fold and line up the towels. And the most surprising thing was that the bath towels used on the first day were left behind again... I was shocked and went back to the front desk to explain, and they immediately asked the staff to do it. The staff who came to my room entered the room with a garbage bag in one hand, put on rubber gloves, and collected the garbage and towels with a bother. I've stayed in many places, from budget hotels to luxury hotels, but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. What started as a comfortable trip became more inconvenient, unpleasant, and unclean than staying at home. I definitely don't recommend staying multiple nights. Don't be fooled by the false name and photos of this four star hotel.

I booked a 3 night stay and arrived around 2:00. I was allowed to check-in without waiting until 3:00. The front desk clerk was super pleasant and I was able to upgrade my stay to a larger room on a higher floor (8th). I was offered complimentary wine, water and macaroons upon check-in. I usually stay at this location when I'm in NOLA because of the ambiance, beautiful rooftop bar/pool area, downstairs bar/restaurant and overall welcoming feel I get from the staff; but, I'm not sure if I will be returning. Housekeeping cleaned my room on day 2, but didn't leave any new towels/floor mats. Baseboards needing cleaning, room needed dusting and curtains needed fixing. Hallway had a stuffy smell, but room was ok. I usually find disposable makeup removing cloths in higher end hotels, but this one had none. A bathrobe was available, along with an iron and refrigerator; but, no microwave. I could hear tvs and music playing, people talking, sexual noises, and doors slamming until well after 2 in the morning. I was actually glad to be going home! This room just didnt feel very luxurious. I previously stayed on the top floor (9th) to avoid some of these noises, but that room had a structural post in a weird location that led to many toe stubs. I've also stayed in a room with a gorgeous bathroom with a tub, but I can never seem to rebook that room. Overall, this stay was pretty disappointing and not very relaxing. Hotel rooms could definitely use a refresher!

I had a fantastic stay at NOPSI Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring I felt right at home. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel’s central location gave way to quick and easy access to the Superdome, Canal Street and to be able to explore nearby attractions. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals as well as the four bars which includes the amazing Over the Grid rooftop bar. Overall, NOPSI Hotel offers excellent value, top-notch service, and a memorable experience. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful hotel, large and beautiful rooms. I gave it 4 stars because of the following - no microwave in the room (I was there for almost a week so that would have been helpful ) - my room was very noisy. I could hear the cleaning ladies in the hallway every day. When a nearby door closed I could feel the vibrations going through my room Don't know if it was just my room. But my room was very very nice, apart from the noise. Positives: The hotel is BEAUTIFUL The rooftop is AWESOME Staff: very friendly My room was NICE and comfortable
