This includes three separate suites, all within the same building, each equipped with brand new spacious kitchen, laundry machine, and all the amenities you could ever need. And it's in the most convenient spot in the city, located just a few blocks off of the famous St. Charles avenue and an easy stroll into the French Quarter. This property's extraordinary design was honored with a 2024 IIDA Award (International Interior Design Association).

The Space:
This newly renovated building is tastefully furnished with a perfect blend of modern comforts and vintage accents. From the original fireplaces, restored hardware floors, high ceilings and vibrant wallpapers, you can enjoy the flavor of New Orleans without even leaving the house. This rental is for the entire hotel, all three of the individual units, making it a great option for large groups. The 10 bedrooms are divided between three the three units - each which operate as their very own home and . Reference floor plan for accurate bedroom configuration. This allows for just the right amount of privacy and togetherness for your friends, family or colleagues.

Guest Access:
Both the front and back door of every unit have a smart which the guest will have access to. There are three total units in the building, all of which are included in this reservation and they all share a large backyard/courtyard with a grill and plenty of seating.

The Neighborhood:
This beautiful suite is just steps away from the historic St. Charles Streetcar to take you to the French Quarter, Warehouse District, or Audubon Park & Zoo. Take a walk over to thriving Magazine St. which is full of unique shops, cafes, antiques, and restaurants. Steps away is Coliseum Square Park, where you can enjoy the flowing fountains and lush trees. This park also offers shaded running trails for your exercise needs and Audubon Park offers a much longer course if that peaks your interest. Also conveniently located walking distance to the Central Business District, Smoothie King Center and the Superdome.

Getting Around:
The area is safe to walk around and has many bustling restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. Walk a few blocks towards St. Charles Ave. and you will find the historic streetcar, which can take you anywhere from the French Quarter to Audubon Park. Street parking is easy to find if you bring a rental car.

Uber and Lyft are very easy, convenient, and affordable options to get around without needing a rental car. There is also a New Orleans Blue Bike station every few blocks, allowing you to rent electric-assist bikes at $0.15 / minute to get wherever you'd like to go. Google New Orleans Blue Bikes and click on their map to see all of the exact locations.

French Quarter: 5-10-min drive to the French Quarter or 25 minutes by streetcar
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport: 20 minutes by car
Convention Center: 6 minutes by car or 15 minutes by streetcar
Tulane University: 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by streetcar
Historic Streetcar Access: 5 minute walk to Stop at Erato St and St. Charles Ave.

Other Things to Note:
MARDI GRAS: The property is only a couple blocks away from St. Charles Avenue where all of the most popular parades of Mardi Gras will roll through. This is one of the most convenient homes you'll ever find to be able to experience the thrill of Mardi Gras like a true local without having to worry about getting around town or finding a bathroom (a common issue people have when they have to travel to get to the parade route).

JAZZ FEST: This property is about a 15 minute drive / 5 miles away / 30 minute bike ride from Jazz Festival (The Fairgrounds), making this a very convenient spot to explore Jazz Fest during the day, but have some peace and quiet at night.
