Good and Bad Elements
The place seems to be relatively new so it was in good condition and I like the modern design. It was also in a good, central location with easy access to most parts of the city as well as the outskirts. My only issue was, that considering COVID (and in general), the place was pretty dirty. It didn’t even seem like the floor was even vacuumed and I found a finger nail and other items behind under the bed and behind the garbage and side tables, etc. I also highly doubt the are doing the sanitizing they claim to. Another thing was that, some essentials items were missing however, the maintenance/property manager was very helpful in getting us the items.

This property was in my top 5 over the past 5-10 years. It was very accommodating and comfortable. It gave a sense of warmth for friends eating together and it also gave you a sense of privacy when you were resting on your own away from the group. I will definitely rent this property again. Probably every time I am in New Orleans. Most definitely a 5 star property.
