I use it because it is close to the airport. Service is limited but good for my needs. Plumbing needs work, drains need cleaning to run. For the price, I guess it is ok but could be so much better.

Not awful but has plenty of room to improve
The carpet on multiple floors had dirt and crumbs on it. Not just stains, so clearly it is not being vacuumed often enough. The breakfast buffet is constantly running out of items. There was a lady replenishing everything and she seemed to be moving non-stop. I think she just needs help during peak hours.

I am a senior citizen and there were no grab bars in the bathroom, and there was no walk in shower. I was not given an option to choose a room with these options if they were available.

Property outdated. Two tiny elevators, one out of service. Maids tool towels but never returned any. Must pay to park here. Rooms was just okay, bathrooms very outdated. Parking lot and sidewalks in bad shape. Hallways were not lit well.

When booking the hotel, I called to confirm that they had a rollaway bed since the rooms only have 2 full beds. The person over the phone said yes and one of the people working at the front desk said they had rollaway beds but that only the manager had a key. When the manager arrived, he said they never had rollaway beds. In addition to this, the WiFi did not work at all (even with the front desk insisting you only had to click on their WiFi for it to work), the one functioning elevator barely worked, the ability to get any extra blankets/pillows was extremely limited, and the shower struggled to have any hot water that wasn’t scorching hot. Outside of no one knowing whether or not they had rollaway beds (as advertised on Expedia and marketed by their own employees), the employees were kind and tried to help as much as they could.

Check in was good and emplyees were very friendly. But only 1 elevator was working so it was slow because of having to share with housekeeping. Bathtub didnt drain during my shower so water was ankle deep.

The room was extremely hot, and the air conditioner was so loud we could barely sleep over the engine-like nose coming from it. Bathroom was dirty to the point my kids wouldn’t take a bath in there. Breakfast was terrible for a La Quinta. Usually much, much better.
